This position will be responsible for the territory of Arizona/Nevada\n\n\nEssential Duties\n\n* Respond to phone, fax and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner.\n* Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers on what products/services will best fit their needs.\n* Provide basic installation/integration help and training for customers.\n* Follow up with customers through the sales process and periodically after installation.\n* Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business application of the company's product line\n* Provide training to USPS representatives on Endicia's products and services.\n* Attend trade shows and perform marketing tasks as needed.Performs other related duties as required\n\n\nQualifications\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\n* Requires an excellent telephone and personal demeanor\n* Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills\n* Must be able to demonstrate products and match their advantages to customer needs\n* Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously\n* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\n* Requires the ability to work on a team with other sales representatives\n* Candidate should be located in the Phoenix area\n* Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years experience working in a customer service/sales environment.
