The role of this job is to grow and develop our e-commerce business with Walmart through increased presence of our brands/products on Walmart.com. Develop business strategy that will drive win/win solutions on .com and in the market place. Work with the Sales and Channel teams to deliver sales and profit results. This role requires a team-oriented individual who has strong initiative and can work independently with little supervision.


Essential Duties:
·     Develop a business strategy that will help identify opportunities and drive implementation of our brands, products, and promotions on Walmart.com.
·     Responsible for executing and influencing this strategy with Walmart.
·     Work with sales, channel marketing, and other GBU personnel as needed to identify, commercialize, and implement e-commerce specific programs (products, promotions, events).
·     Participate in driving consumer insights via market research, analysis of site traffic and sales to drive recommendations for our products on walmart.com.
·     Monitor merchandising plans via pre and post analysis to drive improvement.
·     Stay current with search engine optimization trends &amp; techniques.
·     Implement compelling web marketing messaging that convinces consumers to buy.
·     Develop ways to help our customer improve layout, navigation, and search of our customer's sites including: product ranking, key word search updates, proper image, copy, and pricing updates, product features &amp; benefits.
·     Develop and execute launch plans and marketing strategies for new product introductions / launches.
·     Develop and manage approved channel specific expense budgets.
·     Collect/develop and analyze sales reports and market feedbacks from internal sources, syndicated data and customer sales data in order to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline for use in marketing and sales planning purposes.
·     Analyze market basket information to recommend "also considered" items.
·     Work with sales representatives in the field to gain knowledge of customer interaction and sales process.
·     Work on and lead projects assigned both individually or within a team environment.






Qualifications
BA degree in business administration, preferably with a marketing emphasis.


Work Experience Requirements:
·     At least 2-3 years of sales experience
·     At least 2-3 years of marketing (direct, e-commerce, web) experience.
·     Demonstrated contribution with high performing web marketing environment.
·     Experience with sales and marketing budgets, P&amp;Ls, forecasting, promotional offers to drive sales
·     Highly organized and very strong, proven project management skills
·     Proven performance to create programs to pull product through e-commerce channel of distribution
·     Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details
·     Adept at creative thinking and problem solving
·     Able to work effectively across functions
·     Passionate about the business opportunity
·     Strong communication skills
·     Persuasive and able to succinctly communicate ideas


Technical Experience and other Requirements:
·     Advanced Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Project are required.
·     Experience with web development programs: HTML, Java Script, Adobe PhotoShop, etc.
·     Highly organized and strong verbal and written communication skills.
·     Must be a self-starter and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

This position will manage all facets of the Walmart account for multiple product categories. Develop and implement business and category specific strategies and tactics to increase distribution, sales and profits. Be responsible for preservation of existing business and penetration of new business. And maintain Walmart relationships by creating credibility, developing trust and providing outstanding service.
Essential Duties:
·     Strategic development of Walmart product and promotional programs for multiple categories including paint applicators, drapery hardware, window shades, and tools
·     Responsible for the day to day management of tasks and initiatives with both Walmart and the GBU to ensure effective and efficient execution
·     Work with cross-functional GBU teams including brand, channel, forecasting, finance, and supply chain
·     Responsible for building effective Walmart relationships and managing the selling process to various Walmart buyers across multiple departments

•  Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
