Overall Purpose:
Reporting to the Assistant Controller, theManager of Accounting and Reportingis responsible for managing various aspects of the Company's internal and external financial reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating the preparation of the consolidated financial; compiling the internal financial reporting package; managing the annual impairment testing; supporting the quarterly earnings release process; assisting with the external audit; and supporting and assisting members of Corporate Accounting and other functions with internal and external reporting related ad-hoc requests.

Specific Accountabilities:

· Preparing and analyzingQuarterly Consolidated and Consolidating Financial Statementsincluded in the quarterly earnings release and SEC filings, including working with key stakeholders in Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Human Resources and Business Planning & Analysis to ensure the accuracy of external, internal and third-party reports

· CalculatingEarnings Per Share, including analyzing information used to calculate weighted average shares

· Preparing theConsolidated Statement of Cash Flows, including identifying and researching the impact significant transactions have on the statement of cash flows

· Responsible for the preparation of critical financial information for external reporting, includingSegment and Geographic Reporting

· Coordinating the compilationof theInternal Consolidated Reporting Packagedistributed to executive management

· Managing theAnnual Impairment Testing Processfor Goodwill and Indefinite-Lived Assets, including consulting with Business Unit Finance personnel to ensure completeness and accuracy of testing information

· Assisting with theExternal Audit,including submitting requested analyses and responding to audit inquiries

· ManageAd-hoc Analysis and Projectsas required, including reporting for discontinued operations, segment reporting matters, and other ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

Position Requirements & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
· Certified Public Accountant
· 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in public accounting or industry
· Hyperion Reporting experience

Essential Skills & Knowledge:
· Understanding of U.S. GAAP
· Ability to work in an organized, detailed manner
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Fluent English
· Good communication skills

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
· SAP experience
· Fortune 500 experience
· Experience at one of the Big Four public accounting firms
