Position Description:

The Senior, International Tax is responsible for assisting in international tax planning, audit defense, transfer pricing, compliance and accounting. In this position, the Senior, International Tax will prepare earnings and profits studies, tax basis studies, act as a contact person for the local finance team's completion of annual tax packages, and review international compliance forms (1118, 5471s, 8865s, etc.). The Senior, International Tax will also prepare transfer pricing studies and documentation, as well as monitor intercompany transactions within the Company.

Additional Accountabilities:
* Assist in the identification and implementation of US international and local tax planning initiatives.
* Identification of subpart F income and other inclusions, and assisting in the identification of alternatives to minimize the US tax implications of such inclusions.
* Preparation of annual E&P studies and maintenance of permanent tax files for the Company's international subsidiaries
* Preparation of annual transfer pricing studies and documentation; monitoring of intercompany transactions to ensure proper tax treatment
* Act as contact person for the Company's local finance teams
* Assist in the defense of the Company's tax positions for international portions of the US federal tax audit and local tax audits
* Review of local tax packages prepared by local finance teams
* Review of the international tax portions of the US federal tax return, focusing on the foreign tax credit
* Remain informed with respect to tax law developments and their impact on the company

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred
* 3 - 5 years experience in either public accounting or industry
* Strong tax technical skills and base of accounting skills
* Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, people, project management and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
* Highly motivated, aggressive, creative, articulate, results oriented
* Ability to grow and change with the organization
* Minimum 1 Year of planning/transfer pricing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Consumer Products Industry Experience
