General Responsibilities:
The Sales Professional is responsible for managing the dynamic West Coast territory and account challenges which confront salespeople in order to achieve the assigned sales and profitability targets. Duties:
* Analyzing geographic territory and trading markets, customer requirements and competitive activities to develop sales plans aimed toward achieving individual market and total sales goals.

The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) will manage various engineering projects within the R&amp;D organization of Endicia. This position will require all aspects of software project management skills including developing and improving existing project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting/communication processes. Job Description - Essential Duties
-    Review business requirements, ensure clarity and establish expectations for services requested.

Gather accurate information in the assembly of a training manual. Become a resource for creative ideas and thinking out of the box for training ideas. Work with Channel Marketing/Sales to analyze the impact of current programs. Facilitate communication between all organizations. Become an advocate of relaying the best information to all divisions of the business. Train the field on Product Knowledge and coach on Presentation Skills. Partner with Field Manager's to ensure a strong team.

The SQL Server DBA is responsible for administration of all production and staging database servers, a mix of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008. This includes monitoring, archiving, development, optimization, replication, mirroring, log shipping, backup and restoration of these databases. * Primary point of contact for all Production Database escalated issues. The DBA will diagnose application related problems, perform detailed root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions steps to management for evaluation/​implementation.
* Optimize production system and identify bottlenecks, ensuring high levels of data availability, to support the Endicia business in short and long term.
* Perform constant monitoring of performance including but not limited to long running queries, contentions, blockings and resource issues. Manage all monitoring tools including leverage tools provided by Remote DB Administration team.
* Work with and manage Remote DB Administration team (Ntirety) in augmentation role.
* Perform new Cluster/​Standalone/​Virtual Installations and configurations, performance monitoring and tuning of SQL Servers in Production and Stage environment.
* Coordinates the database portion of the disaster recovery plan and participates in the planning, testing and implementation of recovery procedures.
* Be responsible for deployments (including staging).
* Work closely with IT/OPS, Engineers, Development DBA team and Remote DB Administration team to provide recommendations for capacity planning; establish and document standards for database administration relevant to the application; assist application developers with database schema and procedure changes according to company conventions and best practices.
* Provide SQL support for other non-production environments as required.


Qualifications
·     Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
·     Should have 6-8 years of experience with being a production DBA in a customer facing 24x7 SQL environment
·     Experience with managing and designing large databases (3TB and more)
·     Expertise in installation, upgrade and configuration of MS SQL Server and databases in clustered and non-clustered environments.
·     Comprehensive knowledge in providing suggestions of using best RAID technologies based on application requirement.
·     Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Client/Server Connectivity, and Database Consistency Checks using DBCC Utilities.
·     Experience with SQL Server 2008/2005, DDL/DML Triggers, Database Mirroring, Migration, Upgrading.
·     Creation and maintenance of databases, creating roles and managing user permissions.
Expert in Database Normalization, Optimization and Tuning, Backup/Restore, Data Import/Export, Troubleshooting, Database Objects authorization, DTS,ETL using DTS(SSIS), Objects Creation such as Tables, Views, User created Data Types, Indexes, Stored Procedures, Cursors, Triggers and more.
·     Overall understanding and knowledge on implementation of Log shipping for DR solutions in MS SQL Server 2008/2005.

Qualifications
·     Prior sales experience within the consumer and enterprise technology channel distribution and reseller market required.
