Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager manages all aspects of the HR function, within Canada. The HR manager works closely with the HR Director and Business/Group leads to ensure alignment across Canada on key HR processes, programs and priorities. Key Accountabilities:


* HR Business Partner: will attend staff meetings, assisting Director of HR and department leads with employee relations, staffing and employee performance issues. Additionally, will provide coaching for employees and managers. Will use knowledge of the business and strategy to help guide decisions and recommendations.
* Recruiting and onboarding: through a close partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition team will assist with recruiting the best talent for the open position. * Lead the preparation of monthly operational review package and cost of failure reports for the Décor plant to be presented monthly

Job Responsibilities:


Market, Shopper, and Channel / End-User Insights
* Compiles market, shopper / end-user, and channel knowledge gaps and creates a summary for the business to review.
* Helps manage timelines, research briefs and deliverables.
