For supporting theLenoxBU based in Fradley, we are currently looking for a


CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


The selected candidate will receive and process customers' orders, inquiries and complaints covering products ordered. He/she will maintain an ongoing relationship with customers and sales staff and, having knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories and individual customers, will provide a key communications link to the customer.
He/she will provide analysis and reporting to Management of customer accounts and serviceability.


Among the other, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Records and processes orders received by EDI, mail, email, internet, and fax.
* Provides pricing, availability and schedule information within established guidelines
* Suggests additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs.
* Checks and approves orders within established limitations and confirms orders.
* Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
* Serves as a communication link between customers, sales staff and production department to assure responsiveness.
* Track order activity run end of day report and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
* Liaises with the weld center and transport functions to ensure smooth operations and communication links are open and responsive.
* Carry out order, dispatch, and delivery analysis to provide reports for Customer Services and Sales information.
* Maintain/update consumables stock on SAP


Qualifications

* Min 2/3 years of service industry experience
* Will demonstrate the talent to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
* To be results orientated, with the ability to execute FAST and accurately both in terms of customer orders and data relating to sales
* Strong communication skills to deal with both customers and consumers
* Must be able to travel at short notice when required

For this very dynamic BU, based inFradley, we are currently looking for a:


COLLECTION ADMINISTRATOR


Reporting to the Collection Project Manager, your responsibilities will include all collection/range management functions related to assigned product lines / category as well as general administration duties as assigned. Among the others you will have the following responsibilities:


FASHION / COLLECTION MANAGEMENT
* Product Specifications Management - implement updates/revisions on a day to day basis
* Database and System Update - SKU (item/product code) creations in system and cost record.
* Handling of master data - all product details are maintained in one master document which is owned by the Collection Project Manager. Your role will be to support the data in the file and keeping it maintained on a regular basis.
* Production follow up - close communication with manufacturing functions
MARKETING MATERIAL SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT
* Support brand team on packaging and POP (point of purchase on product) development, brief creations for the creative agency. Follow process from start to end.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DUTIES
* PO (purchase order) creations and follow ups for key suppliers such as Dev One, Paul Smart
* UPS - booking deliveries for collection / fashion functions
* General samples management in office




Qualifications
* 1 or 2 years of previous experience in a general admin role within a business environment
* Confident in computer softwares - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
* Flexible and proactive approach, shows commitment &amp; passion while dealing with multiple priorities
* Excellent time management skills
* Results oriented, with the attention to detail, both in terms of customer documentation and marketing related data
* Ability to work as part of a team and under his/hers own initiative
* Able to demonstrate 'can do' attitude
* Fluent in English

Total Rewards Senior Manager EMEA
(this position could be based in UK or Poland)


This position will manage regional compensation and benefit strategies and design to ensure that company's policies are meeting the needs of the organization. The job will require outstanding analytical and communication skills to drive change and quality in the execution of all of Newell Rubbermaid's compensation and benefit programs.
This position will support the Director, EMEA Total Rewards and other executives. It is essential that this individual be a content expert on issues pertaining to compensation pay structures, benefits, benchmarking and equity compensation;


Among the others, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Develop and implement base pay and variable pay compensation programs at every level of the organization
* Develop and implement rewards programs as well as key initiatives that will drive long-term results, talent acquisition, and retention
* Provide effective, creative, and informed reward services and training to our Business Units and internal customers
* Work with international divisions to ensure consistent global compensation and benefit programs are uniformly administered
* Develop, design and support sales bonus plans across the region
* Manage the annual incentive programs for management bonus plans


Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required with professional qualifications in HR or Rewards
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in human resources with proven experience in compensation and benefits design and execution
* Possess expert-level skills with Excel, and be comfortable with compensation and financial modeling
* Strong preference for a sales bonus background or/and experience in Eastern Europe, Middle East, other emerging economies
* Knowledge of an Eastern Europe language is an advantage

Senior Manager Safety - EMEA

Responsible for developing and executing the strategic safety and health improvement direction for the region:
* Assist in the development, leadership, and execution of each locations Safety and Health improvement strategies through the deployment of a proactive improvement process. The execution includes communication of expectations, assessing progress, performing some of the implementation, and being a resource for all locations. Embedded in this execution scope is the responsibility of ensuring compliance with all Governmental Safety and Health laws and regulations at all locations.
* Lead the deployment of the Corporate Safety Excellence and Leadership (SEAL) process. This includes leading the execution of the annual SEAL assessment as well as assisting each location in the deployment of the action items identified for improvement throughout the year.
* Provide leadership and assistance to all locations in the region for work related injury/illness claim management activities. Help locations set standard processes, expectations, monitor location management progress, and provide location guidance on proper execution.
* Lead safety best practice sharing and standardization throughout the region.  Also responsible to ensure alignment to the Newell Rubbermaid overall safety improvement strategy.
* Be the Corporate champion in at least 1 Safety and Health subject area.
* Participate, give safety updates, and assistance in other operational activities such as GBU ops reviews, lean manufacturing, productivity, new product development, new process or equipment reviews, etc.


Qualifications
The most qualified candidate will possess strong technical knowledge/ability in Safety &amp; Health, also have experience and knowledge with Workers Compensation injury claim management and reporting requirements, knowledge on the Occupational Health and Safety Act, good communication and influencing skills that can be displayed at all levels of the organization, demonstrates passion and tenacity towards the safety and health improvement process and meeting goals, is a good listener, and demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment.
* Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university; or a certification in safety management (i.e. CSP).
* 3 years experience in a Safety position preferred.
* Knowledge of Internet and Word Processing software.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
* Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
* Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
* Job requires approximately 25% - 40% travel within the region.
