Associate Product Manager
(RCP Washroom Solutions)

Job Summary:
Accountable for delivering topline product &amp;/or category sales and gross margin. Key member of a product management team, managing assignments to meet objectives under the guidance of a manager. Primary responsibilities at this level include leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, new product execution, performing business analysis and tracking, and supporting the brand manager with the overall consumer marketing and management of the Washroom Solutions GBT based in Hillgom. Job Responsibilities:


Consumer and Market Insights:
* Tracks marketing metrics, such as share, distribution, and pricing. Recommends conclusions and action steps for the brand and business.
* Supports consumer insights in executing primary research, including developing research materials and product samples, and participating in and observing research. Summarizes and makes recommendations from the research.
Brand Strategy:
* Participates in brand strategy discussions. Contributes to and execute priorities set by Director, Sr. Manger / Manager. Executes strategy as appropriate.
* Recommends and tracks success metrics.
* Works collaboratively with marketing communications to execute packaging designs consistent with a determined communications hierarchy and a global style guide. Works collaboratively with marketing communications to complete a creative brief prior to beginning any work.
Innovation and Product Portfolio Management:
* Participates on a cross-functional team to develop new products following the CDI process, including analyzing information to help set the sales forecast and financials and writing concept statements for consumer testing. Executes SKU level new items.
* Contributes to development of the business case for new products, including estimating sales and financials.
* Supports Manager in creating the "bring-to-market" plan for new products, including developing product selling materials and samples, and creating marketing programming.
* Analyzes historical new product launches, and reports on vitality rates.
* Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth. Analyzes information to support Manager in recommending when to enter, exit, or maintain product classes.
* Assists with day-to-day maintenance functions on existing product lines.
Pricing:
* Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information to make recommendation to Manager in setting new product pricing and managing price on existing items.
* Works collaboratively with channel marketing to monitor competitive pricing information and tracks own-brand pricing. Recommends key conclusions and action steps.
Integrated Marketing Plannning:
* Analyzes consumer, category, competition, and channel/customer as part of a situation assessment. Recommends key conclusions. Owns section of situation assessment.
* Participates in identifying marketing objectives and strategies and the bulls-eye consumer target for the upcoming year. Contributes to develop an integrated marketing plan that achieves marketing objectives and is on budget. Analyzes information to support brand manager in recommending A&amp;P budget for the upcoming year.
* Works collaboratively with marketing communications and internal/external agencies to create marketing programming, including writing creative briefs that outline project scope and needs, and linking across cross-functional groups.
* Analyzes and provides consumer, category, and brand information to support channel marketing and sales in category management and sales presentations. Develops product selling materials and samples for internal sales meetings.
* Reviews channel and customer-specific trade plans and provides feedback on consistency with marketing plan.
* Supports Manager in estimating ROI for A&amp;P initiatives.
Financial Management
* Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors to help Manager in recommending base and stretch revenue goals for upcoming year.
* Works with channel marketing and sales to identify programming to generate incremental sales and/or profitability.
* Accountable for delivering product &amp;/or category top line sales and gross margin. Support Manager in making recommendations to balance financial risks and opportunities, including contingency planning, A&amp;P spending, managing product mix, and tracking results.
* Works collaboratively with operations/sourcing to identify and develop productivity initiatives.
* Analyzes information to develop a 6-18 month S&amp;OP product forecast at the product family level for new and existing products. Participates in S&amp;OP demand agreement meetings.
* Works collaboratively with finance to track E&amp;O inventory, and across cross-functional team to develop and execute plan to reduce finished goods inventory and E&amp;O.
* Works collaboratively with finance, channel, and sales in annually pruning unproductive SKU's.
* Helps manage A&amp;P budget tracking and reconciliation.
Organization Role and Structure and Talent Management
* Completes PMDP process for self.
* Acts as mentor to Assistant Product Management level.
* Supports product management function in recruiting for brand management positions.
* Uses appropriate decision-making and approval processes in a timely manner. Assists with general marketing discipline functions, including overall 'day-to-day' operations of the brand and product lines.


Qualifications
* University or four-year college degree; potentially a recent MBA graduate with previous business experience.
* Minimum 2 years, ideally 4-5 years of marketing and/or general management work experience.
* Full-time or internship experience with durable, or professional products company, ideally in product/brand management, channel management, insights, sales, or marketing communications.
* Participating in the development of a multi-year or approach and executing an annual plan.
* Collaborating across and potentially leading a team of people to achieve results.
* Fluent in English, and ideally other European languages (French, Spanish, German)

Customer Claims Associate (Portuguese speaking)
based in Goirle, Netherlands



The Customer Claims Associate is responsible for the day to day solving of customer claims, relating to: pricing, quality issues, shortages/overages against delivery note, transportation issues, handling errors, system issues.


Responsibilities:
* Resolution of customer claims, debit notes and disputes according to specified dispute registration and claims management procedures.
* Timely investigation of claims (with all relevant departments), debit notes or disputes and the gathering of all the information needed to approve/reject claims, debit notes and disputes based on investigation.
* Effective communication and collaboration between the functions of accounts receivable credit control, cash application, customer service, finance and the claims team.
* Digital filing of all completed claims forms, documentation and proof of deliveries.
* Timely issuing of credit notes according to the correct authorization schedule and accompanied by all required data.
* Collaborative communication between SSC AR, Sales, Finance, D&amp;T, Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service.
* Effective root cause analysis.


Qualifications
* Fluent Portuguese
* Fluent English and another language preferable
* SAP experience preferred

Customer Program Associate
based in Goirle, Netherlands


The Customer Programme Associate is part of a team within the Accounts Receivable department aimed to improve and manage control of the complex Customer Program (rebates, shared advertising, etc.) process across our EMEA businesses.


Responsibilities:


·     To act as main point of contact for all customer program related issues and procedures
·     To contribute heavily towards process improvement and efficiency
·     Customer program invoices are managed according to the agreed and appropriate process flow
·     Timely registration of invoices and raising of credit note as requested
·     To be able to reconcile customer's ledgers both on AR and AP side.
·     Monthly generation of monthly accrual entries (as needed) and reconciliation of EMEA customer accruals
·     Sarbanes Oxley compliance and obtaining all necessary approvals.
·     Drive the process and work with Disbursements to ensure timely processing of payments
·     Work together to form strong lines of communication between the Customer, AR, AP, Disbursements, Data Integrity, Sales and R-GBU Finance
·     Escalate issues as needed


Qualifications
* Fluent English
* SAP experience preferred
* General accounting skills - AP, AR, Claims or GL experience. Understanding of all 4 areas is a plus.

Regional Account Managerin Netherlands


TheRegional Account Manageris responsible for ensuring we achieve our regional net sales for Rubbermaid Commercial Products in a designated region, through the appropriate distributor network. The successful candidate should be focussed on expanding product placement into both existing regional distributors and new accounts as well as exploiting new opportunities for specification of RCP into targeted end users.


Responsibilities:
·     Work independently and in conjunction with distributor sales teams, generate sales demand for RCP.
·     Establish and maintain effective contact with customers and/or prospective customers, investigating and pursuing new product specification opportunities.
·     Maintain communication with other team members to ensure all opportunities are maximised to provide RCP solutions to our customers.
·     Follow up and action any leads provided by the company.
·     Keep good records of all contacts and to feedback market and competitive information on a regular basis to the appropriate person or department for effective follow up.
·     Plan and execute sales activity to ensure that regional sales targets are achieved in both national and regional distributors.
·     Establish and maintain sound customer relations. Investigate and pursue new opportunities and concepts for approach the customer with product.
·     Interact with support functions to ensure our customer needs are met and targets achieved
·     Ensure promotional activity in line with RCP strategy. Design and implement bespoke promotional campaigns for individual accounts.
·     Train key distributor staff on product features and benefits


Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience
* Demonstrated performance in previous targeted roles
* Account management skills
* Fluent Dutch, good English
* Clean driving licence (B Type)
* Independent and results focused
* Passionate
* Tenacious, self-starter
* Experience in contract cleaning, facilities management, waste management, healthcare, is a plus but not mandatory
