Manage supplier base for decorative hardware, wood and metal for décor team to ensure performance meeting Newell Focus 5
- Drive the productivity projects at suppliers
- Manage the transfer projects from US
- Manage NPD with suppliers
- Identify new suppliers or strategic partner to consolidate supplier base
- Work closely with Supply Chain team to drive service level improvement and lead time reduction
- Lead project engineer and SQE to complete projects

- Negotiate price and terms with suppliers and negotiate Purchasing Agreements with suppliers



Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
- 5 years above sourcing experience in consumer products, multinational company preferred

- Good communication skill, fluent in English and Chinese, both written and Oral
- Commercial experience preferred
- Project management experience
- Manufacturing Experience preferred
- Proactive, independent, self-discipline
- Knowledge in hardware business preferred

- Planning and inventory management to ensure inventory supply cover sales demand with optimal inventory level to achieve company target and department target
- Improve fill rate for class A &amp; B models in order to improve service level

To support Sales Manager in achieving the sales target, ensuring the effective national campaign and in-store implementation, being Newell's key coordinator for assigned area / accounts, and building up good relationship with the customers


Planning
· Develop monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales plan for specific area / accounts
· Plan trade investment/ spending/ expenses by specific area / accounts
· Plan promotion; adhoc activities, in-store promotion, mailer
· Monthly forecast sales on a SKU basis for demand plan
· Plan range assortment and new product listing
· Plan market visit, customer visit, and route calls
Organizing/ Implementation
· Propose total area / by account plan (sell/ promotion/ product listing/ trade spending) to Commercial sales manager
· Manage account investment against trade agreement
· Regularly visit store and store manager in line with the route plan to gather customer/consumer insights, to improve operations, and ensure implementation at the point of sales (POP, assortment, promotion, normal shelf and special display)
· Responsible for sales and promotion directly to end-users within the area
· Initiate and execute the wholesales &amp; retail in-store promotion in the area
· Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts which may include finding, generating and developing new partners in order to sell the company's products to end-users
· Explore markets opportunities by cold calling and regular customer visits
· Propose business review to Commercial Account SM and present to major customers in the area
· Follow up shelf share performance and key sku's pricing survey on regular basis
· Follow up the orders and co-ordinate with the supply chain through goods receiving to ensure timely and correct delivery
· Understand and analyze collection overdue problems; to manage DSO as per target
Communication
· Coordinate with all internal and external involves to flow customer services (sales admin.), logistic, finance/accounting, and marketing
Administration
· Monthly sales performance (market report - sales comments) and investment report
· New product/ quotation/ price adjustment proposal
Others
·Be responsible for tasks/projects as per assignment from Commercial Account Sales Manager



Qualifications

· Male or Female
· Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration or relevant.
· Age 25-35 year old
·1-3 years experience in sales or marketing area

- To develop and execute distribution and sales plan to drive business development.
- To conduct periodic Business Partnership Reviews with distributor and key accounts with the objective of positioning new products into the selected markets.
- To build and maintain a strong working relationship with all key personnel of distributors and key account existing and potential.

- To regularly present and introduce new products to distributors and key accounts.
- To conduct product training to distributors sales staff and key accounts.
- To provide country update and field analysis on competitions and market activities.
- To work closely with the Asean office in meeting the requirements of clients.

- To implement company's pricing strategies on the core segment that is on parity with main competitive brands.

Qualifications
