More specific information regarding duties may be provided upon request for particular locations and facilities.\n\n\nAs Quality Engineer, the successful candidate will play a critical role in increasing the profitability and efficiency of the company through improving the Quality of procured product, WIP, and finished goods. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing work instructions and other documentation that are compliant to ISO 9000 standards.\n\n\nAdditional responsibilities include:\n* Prioritize and resolve chronic and recurring quality issues.\n* Document procedures/work instructions to meet the ISO 9000/2000 standard.\n* Lead project teams to improve processes and resolve quality issues.\n* Train others in basic problem solving, documentation and other Quality functions\n* Develop and manage documentation database\n* Work directly with suppliers on any supplier-related quality concerns. Responsible for supporting suppliers in the documentation of root cause and corrective action reports.\n* Work with Manufacturing to solve in-house quality concerns.
