Responsibilities:

* Constantly review all customers and recommend to retain, replace or add new customers
* Recommend and implement the strategic plans including marketing and sales promotions and new products (development)
* Review and monitor the terms and conditions of the customers
* Constant monitoring of the market about new wave & progress of the business and report to superior
* Monitor and analyze the sales result of major customers and assign the improvement to the staff if any.
* Agree with major customers on the strategy and keep monitoring the progress and performance
* Manage the pull activities and customers sell-out and preferably PL situation
* Regular visit of major customers of direct and in-direct
* Budget, LE and Weekly Flash creation in sales area
* Creation of promotion plan such as Fairs & Furniture installation by quarterly/annually
* Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications
* College degree in business or a related field
* 8-10 years of Sales, Management, and/or Channel experiencein consumer/brand business
* Superior Teamwork Skills
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Japanese & English
* Strong Leadership Skills
* Strong Communication / Presentation Skills
* Innovative Management skills
* Experience in multi-national companies
* Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
