Job Description:
>Manage and audit the planning, objectifying and implementing of channel strategies and company strategies based on the strategies of Sales Dept.
>Compiling, analyzing and managing sales related data under the control of Sales Dept. Gathering and managing sales, profit, budget cost, actual cost and forecast as well as managing any related information including POS information of major customers.
>Develop opinions from a sales strategic perspective towards Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain Dept.
Deliverables:
>Sales Dept. strategies
>Sales related data (budget/actual data, forecast, other related data including POS info of major customer)
Responsibilities:
>Planning and objectifying the Sales Dept. strategies(Channel and corporate strategies)
>Managing the budget of Sales Dept.
>Improving the accuracy of forecast
>Providing support tool and other data for sales employees to work efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
>Management planning, business planning, sales planning experience at a company (more than 3 years of experience).
>Experience at a consumer goods manufacturing company.
>PC Skills (Excel. Powerpoint. Macro skills for Excel preferred.)
>Data management and analyzing skills.
>High communication skills.
>Aggressiveness and activeness.
>English Skills (Reading and writing skills)
