This is a job summary which includes essential job duties of the position. More specific information regarding duties may be provided upon request for particular locations and facilities.

To gain a bigger market share and support the local distributors in Thailand and Indo China markets.The primary purpose of the function is to ensure that RCP are in hospitality, food service, manufacturing and property management.

- To develop and execute distribution and sales plan to drive business development.
- To conduct periodic Business Partnership Reviews with distributor and key accounts with the objective of positioning new products into the selected markets.
- To build and maintain a strong working relationship with all key personnel of distributors and key account existing and potential.
- To target channel distributions.
- To regularly present and introduce new products to distributors and key accounts.
- To conduct product training to distributors sales staff and key accounts.
- To provide country update and field analysis on competitions and market activities.
- To work closely with the Asean office in meeting the requirements of clients.
- To formulate and execute sales and promotion plan that is in line with the company strategies to drive sales.
- To implement company's pricing strategies on the core segment that is on parity with main competitive brands.
- To monitor the development of our distributors and key account and develop a sales strategy to ensure a strong product presence.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience, preferably food service or consumer goods experience in a multi-national company
- Planning & Organizing
- Initiative & Follow-up
- Problem Solving
- Analytical thinking
- Strong Sales skills
- English and local language skills
- Computer literacy esp. in Power point
- Knowledge of Thailand market is a pre-requisite
- Independent nature
